About Project Emily

Deep within the outer cosmos in a not too distant future, we find an alone astronaut traversing through an abandoned junkyard. His gaze focused, his purpose clear. Every movement made is only to aid the task at hand. As a junker, parts from broken ships and industrial machines are his usual game, so why does he collect a tiny toy piano? This is a story of isolation and a twisted bond between a father and his daughter. What happens when their bottled up tension can no longer be contained?

This is a collaboration of Silver and Yvonne for third year film at SVA.
